CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULES | NO SHOWS | LATE POLICY
- I require at least a 24 hour notice if you are in need of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If appointment is canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour time frame, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
- If you do not show up for your appointment and give no notice, 100% of the service total will be charged and all future appointments will be canceled.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so through the scheduling system or reach out to me as soon as possible.
- Please arrive on time. I have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes of being late, your appointment will be canceled and charged 50% of the service total.
- Please reschedule if you are sick.
APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
* Have read, understand, and agree to cancellation/reschedule/no show/late policy.
* A valid card MUST be on file.
* Arrive on time to avoid canceled appointment.
* NO extra guest or kids allowed. I do not allow plus +1’s unless there is a language barrier and you’d prefer a translator to be with you. (Please reach out to let me know in advance)
PAYMENT METHODS I accept Cash, Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, or Afterpay.
No checks or payment apps (This includes venmo, cashapp, zelle, etc.
